Does the cushion cover zip off? If so, was the cushion cover and replace the foam inside. You can get new foam at a fabric store; take the old cushion in, and they will cut it to size. If the couch has a fixed cushion, you can get stuff at the pet store that removes dog pee odor. Most couch cushions do zip off.
