Hard to truly evaluate body fat without accurate measurement, or expensive equipment to give you that information. I am a little aware of some equipment that allows you some approximate indication. If you are hard core about body fat reduction, those devices probably won’t cut it. As you probably know, you can gain weight, and lose body fat. And you can lose weight and gain body fat. You can lose muscle and gain body fat and lose weight. The same ole mantra is, keep building the muscle and losing the fat, and not the water weight.
