It’s time for a new doctor. The idea he used a term like “sun-downers” proves he is at least 20 years behind the times. It is also a sign he has no plan of doing anything to help him. My Mother almost died last year because of a quack (he said “all we can do is pray), until I brought in another Doctor who had her back to normal in five days. I strongly suggest you get another Doctor or at least a second opinion.
