It is a very gradual process. Preferably do something active instead of just laying around because you don’t have to think about even-ness. Your face will never be as dark as your, say, back for example, but you don’t want it to be anyway! If you don’t get outdoors that often, I don’t recommend getting a tan. The skin on your face is much more delicate than most of the rest of your body. You don’t want to be saggy and wrinkly on your face or anywhere else as you age due to sun damage. Embrace your whiteness.
