Is your skin in your mouth ripping? If not then drink milk or eat bread with sour cream. Don’t try drinking water, that just makes it worse. I drank, yes drank a hot sauce called hot sauce from hell or something like that. It sucks and i had no milk, you might just have to tough it out for a little while.
