answer:I don’t, because I figure they know. I’ve been there myself and people told me I was too skinny all the time. I was completely aware of it. I was sick and had no control over the weight loss. I might ask after their health, but that’s it. If they do have anorexia, it’s actually an ego boost to hear that they look too thin.
