answer:Better, but where, oh, where are the vegetables and beans, legumes and lentils, sweet potatoes? You cannot dislike all veggies, can you? Dice lots of celery and carrots and add to the tuna. Vary fruit for your snack. Try apples or pears from time to time. Corn is not a vegetable. Triskets are not really food. Better a slice of serious whote wheat bread. Better to have ½ t. real brown sugar in your oatmeal. Brown rice, barley, quinoa much better than any white pasta. At least try whole wheat pasta. I know you are busy and rushed; but eating the same thing every day is not a good idea for the long haul.
