answer:I don’t think it’s any more healthy than refined sugar, but I do prefer raw sugar in my teas and lattes. We don’t buy Sugar in the Raw in my office, though. We use Wholesome Sweeteners Fair Trade raw cane sugar. It’s half the price of Sugar in the Raw. ($30 for 1000 packets vs. $27 for 400)
