: Ingredients: 1 cup raw jackfruit paste , half cup of crushed onion , half cup of mustard paste, half teaspoon of ginger, 1 teaspoon of mustard oil , 1 teaspoon of garlic , 3-4 teaspoons of raw chilli, 3 teaspoons of turmeric powder , amount of salt . Half a teaspoon of chilli powder , 1 pinch of sugar , 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of crushed lemon peel. Method: Boil the jackfruit and take it. Fry the onion brown with oil in a pan , add all the bata and powdered spices and stir in the jackfruit bata. When it mixes well with the spices, it must be stirred with mustard paste and green chillies. Hand-sprinkled water can be given if required. When the mash becomes round while stirring , put it in the oven for two minutes with sugar , lemon juice and lemon peel. Serve with hot rice.
