answer:It calms me, and helps me feel less anxious about things. I pray for many things, but most often, it’s for the health and safety of all my loved ones. When I pray for us to be watched over, right before I go to sleep, it gives me a sense of peace and I fall asleep easier. For someone with severe anxiety, that sense of peace is very nice.
