One: The time of Fajr prayer starts from the second Fajr i.e. Sadiq in the morning. That is the white line that appears horizontally from right to left on the horizon. The time for Fajr prayer is delayed till sunrise. We have already mentioned in Question 26763 that many people make mistakes in determining the time of Fajr prayers by relying on the calendar. In most calendars, Sadiq's time in the morning was not accurately determined. Several scholars have stated this point unequivocally. However, contemporary scholars have differed on the extent of this error. According to some , it is not more than 5 minutes. According to some , it's about 30 minutes. We do not know the status of your country. However , it is the duty of the people of each country to appoint a group of trustworthy scholars to determine the time of Fajr and to inform the people about it and to warn the people against it if the calendar is found to be wrong. Without proof, the individual has no right to claim that the prayer is being performed before the time. It is difficult to determine the time of Fajr, especially in urban areas and places with civic amenities ; Since the white line of Fajr merges with the light of the city lights. Sheikh Uthaymeen (R) was asked about a group of people who do not know when Fajr time ; They pray on the basis of the news of those whom they consider trustworthy ; But some of them remain in doubt ? In reply he said: Since they trust this man and know that this man knows about the beginning of time ; So nothing will happen to them. Since they did not find any evidence that they had prayed before the time. Since they have no such evidence and have accepted the statement of the person they trust ; Therefore there is no difficulty. However, if a person has doubts, he should be careful. Therefore, if he has a strong idea that the time has begun, or if he has gained certain knowledge, then he will perform the prayer and his duty is to warn other people as well. Advise them: wait five minutes or ten minutes ; This will not be a problem for them. It is better to pray ten minutes or fifteen minutes later than to pray one minute earlier . " So that they have a strong idea that the time has come. If they respond to it , Alhamdulillah. And if they are adamant in the way they are praying (on the other hand, you think that they are praying before the time), then you should go to another mosque. Find a place where prayers are offered late. If you do not find a mosque, we recommend that you pray with that mosque , so that skipping Fajr prayers in the mosque does not cause you to feel bad that you are asleep and not praying. Do not deprive yourself of the reward of praying in the mosque and do not be lazy about praying later. Then when you return home you will pray with your family in congregation. This is how Sheikh Albani advised. Advises to pray ; Or at home ? [ Because the worshipers of the mosque pray before the time of Fajr.] In reply he said: "I suggest doing two together. That person will go to the mosque. If they pray before the time, then that prayer will be considered as nafl for him. Prayers will be offered, especially for his family. However , there is one more important thing that will not be possible for all people to do. And that is: to warn the worshipers of the mosque about this heinous thing ...
