These numbers should be reset every-time you disconnect or reboot so it isn’t a good way of measuring your monthly usage if your ISP imposes a cap. If you want to keep a running total you will want to find something like vnstat for Windows. All those suggestions are not very good since they seem php based. I would look around for something that does it. There certainly must be something that isn’t malware.
