Answer :

It matters a great deal because there are far too many of us and we move around a lot. It is decidedly in my own self interest to promote your good health even if you reside on the opposite side of the globe. Simply put, it is ever more difficult to isolate whatever afflicts you to your side of that globe, and there’s a very good chance that one of your primary ambitions is to come here.
