Has anyone suffered from non-diabetic hypoglycemia?

1 Answer

Answer :

About 40 years ago an endocrinologist diagnosed me with hypoglycemia, some people in my family have slightly wonky pancreases (pancreae?). Any way, I’ve controlled it with diet all this time. If I’m not careful I go from OK to dizzy to angry within 20 minutes. I keep snacks with me, little containers of nuts or seeds or trail mix, so I can deal with it quickly. It has been inconvenient, but mostly I eat high quality, low-processed food and it really makes a difference.
