Two examples of these companies are Hudson City Bank Corp (HCBK), and People's United Financial (PBCT). Fidelity and Goldman Sachs are two of the finance companies that did not take bail out money. However, companies and banks who did have returned the bail out money as of now. Goldman Sachs took $10 billion in TARP funds. And there are many financial institutions out there that have still not paid back the TARP money.
