Clarity requires everyone to know what you are talking about. Remember the World Taekwon Do Federation was for years known as the WTF, until someone pointed out another meaning for theltters)Avoid technobabble. You think it sounds knowledgeable but many folks see it is the mark of a person who doesn't;t care about their understanding or just wants to show oo.Enunciate clearly, don't mumble and speak loud enough to be heard.Avoid sports analogies - your listener might not know the sport of care about it.
