Hello, my head is shaking the next day, I have vomited 3 times and I'm still shaking. Don't you know what it could be?

There can be about 100 and 1 causes. Go to the doctor - or you 're "somewhere - and you will also have a broken head (and a lifelong scar!). ;-)
