Can wires disturb radio quality voltage?

I bought a new MP4 player and when I turn on the radio, it skips and makes noise (all stations). Could it be that trolleybus and tram wires run around the barracks? I would like to listen to it mainly at home in bed, but it makes a lot of fun. I haven't been anywhere outside the city yet.

the noise is probably not, but if it just skips when the collector crosses the crossing of the trolley and sparkles, then maybe it is, but it would have to be close enough, so under 50 m it will want to try in the countryside and also the antenna to these devices are made up of cord cords, so there may be a fault there (or in plugging in the connector as it is not frayed)
