When I breathe, my right abdomen hurts. What could it be?

Hello, I've been in a lot of pain for about a week now, when I'm breathing on the right side of my stomach, I'm in pain when I'm walking, and even more so, when I run, it started about a week ago, I'm 16 years old. If I went to my doctor with it, she would just tell me that I was to blame myself, that I was fat, yes I was, but it really hurt me, I went into sports, but I can't do it, because when more it hurts terribly and I have difficulty breathing. At first I thought it might be flatulence, but after finding out that the problem persists for a week, I would recommend liver tests.
