Do you forward attachments to "lucky with condition" emails?

I mean those where happiness is said to come only if you forward the mail to at least 7-10 other people and otherwise the punishment comes. I consider it emotional blackmail and I would punish the sender for it. I can't imagine embarrassing myself in front of one of my loved ones. How do you view it? :(
