4 (4- to 6-ounce) skinless, boneless salmon fillets

1 tablespoon olive oil

Sea salt and black pepper, to taste

12 ounces rotini pasta

½ cup plain yogurt

¼ cup chopped fresh parsley

2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil

2 tablespoons sour cream

2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions for 10-Minute Lemon Pasta with Fresh Salmon:

1) Preheat broiler.

2) Lightly coat salmon fillets with olive oil; season with salt and pepper. Arrange salmon evenly on a large baking sheet. Broil until salmon flakes easily, about 7 minutes, turning once.

3) Meanwhile, bring a large pot of water to a boil; add pasta and cook according to package directions; drain, reserving ½ cup cooking liquid.
