Smoked Salmon Pizza recipe
A delightful and simple dish that highlights the smoky, hearty flavors of smoked salmon, this dish is a great weeknight dish that will have kids clamoring for more. Use a pre-baked pizza crust fora dish that will be on the table in just minutes.
Ingredients:
1 (12 inch) pre-baked pizza crust
1 Tbsp olive oil
8 oz. smoked salmon, flaked
1 (6 oz) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
2 Tbsp sundried tomatoes, chopped
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Spread olive oil over pizza crust,and then sprinkle smoked salmon, artichokes, and sun-dried tomatoes. Top evenly with mozarella cheese.
Bake in preheated oven until cheese has melted and is bubbly, about 15 minutes.
