I want to try to put the chops one at a time and wrap them. Do you think they will bake in the oven like this?

Answer :

Yes they will bake. I do them too. I load the meat with spices and oils and garlic and then wrap the individual chops in foil. I bake them in medium oven for about 15 minutes, then I turn them over and let them bake for another 15 minutes. They're great. I never even knock them and they are beautifully soft. I pack them in 3 foil to make sure the juice doesn't leak.
