Strange "car" crunches my car when I commute to traffic lights in neutral

It started with my car strangling when I knocked out and commuted to a traffic light, for example. Now it started to do me even though I had speed and braking. When I take my foot off the brake, it stops immediately. I tried to roll out with the gear lever and it has no effect. I know I have to go to the workshop, but no one can think what it could be?
