When turned on, the pin will not appear after the ads, but the ads will play around. The phone does not even turn off. Does anyone know what to do with it?

Hi, I have a problem with prestige. normally I used a clean master to clean the cache and check for a virus. Everything was fine, except that after clicking on the internet icon, the internet did not start. After that, I tried to restart the phone. He turned off, but he couldn't run again. I pulled out the sim, as well as the flashlight and sd card, then put it back and tried to turn it on. Since then, I keep showing the information and ads when I turn on the phone, but it never happens until the enter pin phase. The nonsense just keeps playing there and the phone can't be turned off without removing the battery. Does anyone know what to do with it?
