The dog is aggressive

Hello, I have a 3 year old cross between Chodský dog and NO at home. I found him tied up in the woods and I can't train at all. He is aggressive about it comes from timidity and starts up on people who go against us .... Does anyone have any ideas on how to motivate him and break down bad behavior? Unfortunately, the trainer is about 60 km from us, so we have to train alone. Thank you very much for the advice

The dog is already mature, does not have the right habits, apparently knows nothing and lacks basic habits and is probably poorly associated. Of course, it can be dismantled, but it's a long run and a lot of time. First, teach the dog basic commands, including yuck / or you must not /. Try to play with him as much as possible to get the closest relationship possible. After mastering the dog on a leash / preferably with a basket / and looking for such situations where he could start attacking again. At the slightest sign of aggression, immediately pull off or hang up. If he persists and doesn't work, always reward. Gradually, after such a meeting, when he already manages to do so, let the dog be stroked by strangers, or at least sniff his hand. Proceed in a similar way in small steps.
