What are some good passive aggressive comments or actions to combat a verbally abusive narcissistic boss?

1 Answer

Answer :

Basically any comment that’s malicious compliance. If they tell you to do something that you know is going to result in a huge fuck up, don’t correct them but instead say “you’re the boss and you know better” and let chaos ensue. Even better is if you get it in writing via an email so you have evidence for when inevitably they try to blame you.
