Answer :

Most sites allow you to open a ticket where you can write that you haven’t arrived or aren’t happy with it. Then they offer two options. One is to send a new one with no extra expense and the other is to refund the order amount. If the ordered product is not working well, it is better to ask for a new one. You don’t have to look for another seller from whom you can order again.
