Fill pot and bring water to boil. Optional: add a little butter and seasoning
Add pasta and cook till tender. If you are cooking a lot you may have to repeat this step later
Strain and rinse pasta in hot water.
Get the skillet and add 1 tablespoon butter and any seasoning you choose, and turn the heat on to medium. Melt butter.
When the butter is beginning to melt, add the pasta, but do not over fill skillet. Fill it just about an inch below the edge.
Toss pasta in butter and seasoning and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, so the pasta will be well-coated and will absorb flavors.
Pour out the fried pasta on to baking sheet/pan. If it’s on a flat pan, try to keep the pasta together.
Pour as much sauce as desired; a little is a good way to start. Pour it on the pasta and top with cheese and pepperoni.
Build as many layers( by repeating steps 3 through 10), until you have enough pasta for you and your guests.
Bake in oven for 5 to 20 minutes. Keep a close eye on it-you should wait for the cheese to melt and the edges to begin getting crispy.
Slice like a pizza and serve. Store the left overs in fridge quickly.
Some Tips And Reminders:
You can use olive oil instead of butter to lower the fat.
