Think ? No. It is not possible to think. But then why don't we do something about bone care ? Instead, we do things that are far more harmful to our bones. Osteoporosis is one of the most common bone diseases. This disease eats away at the strong bone structure. There are some foods that are especially responsible for bone loss. But we have been consuming all these foods every day , knowingly or unknowingly. Excess salty food salt i.e. sodium chloride weakens the bones by removing calcium from the body. Salts in chips , various fast foods , raw foods or salads are deadly to the bones. Eating too much salt during meals is also bad for the bones. Soft Drinks Soft drinks, the favorite drink of everyone, young and old, are constantly eroding bones. These drinks contain phosphoric acid, which removes calcium from the body through urine. As a result, the bones tend to decay. Caffeine Caffeine in tea and coffee is also responsible for bone loss. Drinking tea or coffee is not very harmful if you drink according to the rules. You should not drink more than 2/1 cup of tea / coffee a day. Excess meat is animal protein. Excess meat means extra protein. This protein makes excess acid in the body which calcium works to neutralize. Resulting in less calcium reaching the bones. It damages the bones.
