Get 7-8 hours of sleep daily. Treatment: - 1. Use topical corticosteroids such as Triamcinolone 0.1 % Cream or Ointment which are available in the market under the names Cortefin , Aristocort etc. .Betamethasone 0.5 mg: ( Tab.Betamethasone 0.5 mg) which is available in the market under the name of Betnelan - 1 tab at a time. 15 ml Or mix 3 teaspoons in water and cool with that water for 4 minutes 4 times a day. Topical anti-inflammatory agents such as Amlexanox 5 percent oral paste ( Amlexanox 5 percent oral paste) which is available in the market under the name of Apsol , Amlex etc., apply on the wound 3/4 times daily. Lidocaine 2 part jelly (Lidocaine 2 part jelly ) which is available in the market under the name of Jasocaine , 3/4 times daily use on the wound will reduce the pain a lot. In case of severe pain or recurrence, corticosteroid tablets like Prednisolone which are available in the market as Cortan , Deltasone etc. or Dexamethasone which is Oradexone in the market . Name is available , should be eaten according to the doctor's advice 5. If it is due to a specific disease, it must be treated as advised by the doctor.
