People who do not have gastric problems in our country may not be found. This problem is mainly caused by eating fried food. Many people get stomach ache or chest pain or indigestion after eating all these foods. However, to overcome this problem, one should follow any one of the following rules before going to bed at night without taking any medicine. 1. Take half an inch of raw ginger. Then add a little salt and eat. Shortly after eating ginger, drink a cup of lukewarm water. No more gastric problems late at night. 2. Put a glass of water in a pot and put it in the oven. Before that, put one inch amount of raw turmeric in water. Let the water boil for at least five minutes. Then bring it down. When the water is cold, eat it with turmeric. Gastric will run away. 3. If all the above methods seem troublesome, just mix one teaspoon of honey in a glass of water and drink it before going to bed at night. Never have stomach or chest pain at night.
