: Harataki is very useful in curing various diseases. Triphala means a combination of three fruits. These three fruits are Amalki , Haratki and Behera. However, among the three fruits, hartaki has extraordinary qualities. When the hartaki is ripe, it turns yellowish green and if it is chewed in the mouth, it does not throw away anything. The inner shell of the seed can also be eaten with fun. Triphala is used in the manufacture of Ayurvedic medicines, which have rich medicinal properties. It is also used to treat cholera and diarrhea. Hartaki powder , mixed with ghee, eliminates gallstones , especially through purification. Hartaki is also used in piles , asthma , skin , wounds and conjunctivitis. Hartaki wood is very hard and durable. This wood is used for building houses and even for making lovely furniture. Due to other qualities, people plant hartaki trees along with neem trees in the yard of almost every house in Bengal. Even the government has focused on planting roadside hartakis under the afforestation program. This time we will look at the qualities of Harataki: ----- In Ayurvedic science, Harataki is one of the three fruits known as Triphala. It has many qualities. Bitter in taste , it is a fruit rich in tannins , amino acids , fructose and beta cytosterol. Use of Harataki: --- Harataki cleans the intestines of the body and at the same time increases the strength of the body. It lowers blood pressure and intestinal cramps. Eliminates heart and intestinal irregularities. It is a laxative , astringent , lubricant , parasitic , antiseptic , anti -intestinal spasm and nourishing tonic. It is therefore used in the treatment of constipation , nervous weakness , fatigue and overweight. Hartaki is rich in laxative properties due to the presence of anthraquinone. Harataki relieves constipation. Hartaki is especially useful for relieving allergies. Allergies are reduced by drinking the boiled water. Boil the hartaki powder with coconut oil and apply it on the scalp. Mixing harataki powder with water will increase the radiance of the skin. If you have a sore throat or swollen face, you can get relief by boiling it in hot water and gargling with that water. If you have toothache, apply hartaki powder , the pain will go away. Before going to bed at night, mix 2 grams of clove or cinnamon with a little bit of salt and eat hartaki powder to clean the stomach. 1. Increases digestion and flatulence - 5 to 6 grams of harataki peel mixed with a small amount of bit salt or black salt 3 times a day after meals increases digestion and reduces flatulence. 2. In case of constipation - 5 to 6 grams of crushed harataki peel mixed with equal amount of sugar and taken with hot water at night, constipation goes away. 3. Hiccups - 5 grams of crushed hartaki peel crushed and taken with hot water 3 to 4 times a day to get rid of hiccups. 4. Rheumatoid Arthritis - 6 grams of harataki peel crushed with 5 to 6 teaspoons of gulach juice taken 3 to 4 times a day is beneficial. 5. Hemorrhoids - Hemorrhoids are cured by taking 3 to 4 grams of hartaki powder with a little sea salt. . Asthma - Asthma is cured by filling a cigarette with a thick powder of hartaki or smoking it by burning it like a bidi. . Hartaki is also used to quench frequent thirst or nausea. Triphala i.e. Amalki , Bahera , Harataki - an equal amount of powdered sherbet is an antidote for lowering cholesterol. According to a team of drug researchers , in modern science, hartaki is used as an analgesic in the manufacture of medicines. . Hartaki fruit powder is used for fever , cough , asthma , flatulence , bloating , enlarged liver and spleen , rheumatism , urinary tract diseases , lungs and bronchial diseases.
