Our society forcibly deprives hijras of their rights. They are not given the minimum rights of social respect , education , work , housing etc. from this society. In fact, even if they are disabled, they are not given the facilities given to them. Our superstition and lack of religious knowledge are responsible for our decline. But according to the Islamic Sharia, the hijras will get their full rights just like the common people. Literacy , education , employment , business , inheritance , property ownership ; Islam has recognized their just rights in all possible aspects of religious work , social and development work. In the eyes of Islam they are not a different gender ; On the contrary, Islam, like modern science, has included them in both men and women. Due to which Islam did not consider it necessary to impose any separate provision on them. Islam has laid down a principle in this regard. That is , we have to see what is the urinary organ of the hijra ? Does she pee with men's genitals ? Or urinate with genitals like women ? Hukum will be like those who will be like the genitals. That is, if the genitals are masculine , then male. If it is like women , then women. And if none is understood , then she will be considered as a woman. As such, Shariah provisions will be imposed on them. It has been narrated in a hadith : علين عليا رضي الله عنه: سئل عن المولود لا يدري أرجل أةم امرأة فقال علي رضي الله عنه يورث من حيجه يبول حضرت علي را . The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) asked , ' What is the ruling on the fact that it is not known whether a child is a man or a woman ?' The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) replied that he would inherit the way he urinates. (Sunan Bayhaqi Kubra , Hadith No-1294 , Kanzul Ummal , Hadith No - 30403 , Musannaf Abdur Razzak , Hadith No-19204 ) The provision of healthy women will be applicable for feminist transgender people. And between the two, the provision of healthy women for hijras will be applicable. Therefore, all the Islamic rules including Iman , Islam , prayers , fasting , Hajj , Zakat and even marriage will apply on them (both men and women). In the same way, halal, haram , justice, injustice and paradise and hell will also be applicable to them. They are human too. People like us. However, many people have physical defects. This is also their fault. Because of this error they do not get out of humanity. Rather, like other disabled people, they are entitled to more affection , tenderness and love. They should be allowed to live with love and respect , not hatred . It is a grave sin to abuse them , to make bad comments. Insulting and disregarding any Muslim is as sinful as insulting poets . Note that medical science says that heterosexuality is a mental disability or imperfection of physiological and psychological development. This is a hormonal problem. The main reason for the lack of adequate amount of hormones in the body due to which a person possesses male or female characteristics . Thus a completely permanent solution is possible through sophisticated hormone therapy and in some cases surgical treatment. This requires the well-thought-out opinion of the wise ulama , the positive attitude of the family and the society , the decision of the government , the goodwill of the administration and the cooperation of the non-governmental organizations.
