Killing or raping someone commits two crimes. One is in the case of Bandar Hawk. Another is in the case of Allah's right. Bandar Haq is that in this case , the murderer or rapist has wronged the victim or the woman. In which case there are proper penal rules in Islamic Sharia. As stated in a hadith, 'A Muslim can be sentenced to death for three crimes. 1. If you commit adultery even after getting married. 2. If you kill someone. 3. If you leave your religion (Islam). Irshad said, "A man from the Children of Israel killed ninety-nine people and searched for the greatest scholar in the world. The man also killed the priest. By killing him in this way he completed one hundred numbers. Then, in search of the best scholar in the world, he was called a scholar. What created the barrier between him and his repentance ? You go to such a place. There are some people worshiping God. You also worship with them. And will not return to your country. Because that's a bad place. The man continued walking towards the indicated place. Halfway through, the time of his death arrived. She turned toward the place with her breasts. After his death, there was a difference of opinion between the angels of mercy and torment. The angel of mercy said , "This man has returned to Allah through pure repentance." On the other hand, the angel of punishment said , "The man has never done any good." At that time another angel came to them in human form. Then they appointed him as their arbiter. He said , ' You measure the distance of the place on both sides. Whichever side is closest , that side will be included. ' Allaah commanded the land in front of you to draw near to the dead and commanded the place left behind to move away. Then, after measuring the place , they found him a short distance away from the place he had set out for.
