We like to eat sweets but it is not possible to eat extra sweets at once so you can eat sugar or sweets as per your requirement. There is no continuous rule of it every day. However, a person should eat 2/3 teaspoon of sugar every day for good health. Or 1/2 teaspoon of honey should be eaten. In fact, sweet foods or sweets are very necessary for the body. People may think that eating too much sugar / sweets causes diabetes but eating too much sugar or sweets will not cause diabetes but if you have diabetes you have to give up sugar or sweet foods.
