What are the properties of powder metallurgy ?

1 Answer

Answer :

The advantages of powder metallurgy are given below: All the products which cannot be made in any other way , can be made in this way. Products can also be made with a mixture of metallic and non-metallic powders. Complex shaped products can be made. In this method the metallic material and the ratio can be kept accurate. No machining of products made in this method is required. The advantage of this method is more in case of mass production. Skilled workers are not needed. The product produced is very smooth and beautiful.
