Bibi Pak Daman is the holy tomb of Hazrat Rokeya bint Ali which is located in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. According to historians, there are graves of six women belonging to the family of Muhammad (pbuh) (Ahl al-Bayt). Rokeya bint Ali was the cousin of Muhammad (peace be upon him) and the daughter of Ali ibn Abi Talib. Rokeya bint Ali was the sister of Hazrat Al-Abbas Ibn Ali and the wife of Hazrat Muslim Ibn Aqeel. [2] Bibi Pak Daman , meaning "Holy Woman" , is the collective name of the six women who are believed to have been buried in this tomb , although it has been widely publicized (mistakenly) as the tomb of Rokeya bint Ali. She was one of the six women who came to South Asia to spread Islam. They were engaged in the propagation of Islam in the suburbs near Lahore, Pakistan. It is said that Data Ganj Bakhsh , considered a prominent Sufi saint in South Asia , was himself a devotee of Bibi Pak Daman Mazar. And gained a great deal of spiritual knowledge from this glorious shrine. Some historians consider Rokeya to be the daughter of Syed Ahmed Takhtar (twelfth century). Bibi Pak Daman Mazar is located between Garhi Shahu and Railway Station. The Bibi Pak Daman Shrine is easily accessible from Impress Road, and from there the shrine is located at the first turn on the left side of the road, a short road opposite the police line. Currently, the government of Pakistan has approved the expansion of the Bibi Pak Daman shrine.
