You might do  lot of work planting seeds, I would suggest getting a small peach tree as they are grafted.  The seed that you plant might grow into a tiny peach and you don't know until you put all the work in maintaining it until it blooms.  I have gotten some beautiful peach trees, we like the dwarf ones, easlier to pick and the late ones as they miss the frost.
