Lots of practice good land for cattle and Texas Oak and Mesquite. I’ve had BBQ in Memphis, Kansas City, and St Louis and it’s great. I think Memphis has sauce down and Arthur Bryant’s has some of the best ribs money can buy but Texas seems to be good all around nothing fancy just rub and 15hrs in a smoker my favorite spot in Texas is Fargos in Bryan Tx. best brisket you can eat.
