ors who’ve stayed to the end of a workplace closure. What is the wildest story/crumbiest severance package you’ve experienced?

1 Answer

Answer :

Ive always had a sense of how business run and tend to bail if I sense blood in the water. If the company is going under, you’re guaranteed a lot of pain. I consulted at a giant auto parts/aerospace manufacturer that sold out to someone else. The employees were either given one week’s notice or offered three weeks of extra employment if they stayed and trained the new employees. Some did and were escorted off the property by security on their last day.
