Ask her about her day that day like what she did. most likely she had a day out with friends and enjoyed herself or she had some errands that needed to be done. don’t think the worst of things. I used to do it all the time and it only hurts you. Just ask what she did and if it’s soemthign you don’t like say ” I only have one day a week off babe, I really wanted to spend it with you. So next time try to be free :) ’ it should work well.
