What email program are you using? There is likely an export utility for email contacts for whatever program you’re running. If you’re using IE, go to “start” and select “search”. Search for a file named “favorites”. Manually copy that file to the new computer in your “my documents” directory. If you have Firefox, go to bookmarks and select “organize bookmarks”. Then use the import/backup utility. Then copy those bookmarks over to the new computer and run the same utility.
