How do you deal with it, when you're so overwhelmed you could cry, and it seems like there's no end in sight?

1 Answer

Answer :

I go off into the bathtub, fill it full of warm water and bubble bath, and cry my eyes out. Then I go to bed. The next day I try to set some short term goals so I feel as if I am making progress, however slowly. Sometimes I also eat chocolate.
