Yes- it is time to let it go. At this point you are only harming yourself. Bitterness can cause health issues and destroy YOUR quality of life while not effecting him in the least. Let it go and get on with a better life. How to do it- put your energy and focus on moving forward. Find out in your mind how surviving your past has made you a better person today and remember that you are in total control of your destiny now.
