I’ve had several mental issues that I was able to overcome that I thought would haunt me for a lifetime and I think I was able to overcome them purely by chance. I was in some deep mental angst (thought I was dying; fearful of breathing you name it I thought it) and on a flight home from San Diego I found a book in the seat pocket that changed my life. Really and truly it saved my life. Chuckle if you must, but it was one of Wayne Dyers books. I was a skeptic of this type of healing until I tried it. Incredible and fantastic if you can put it into action
