Wow, that’s a lot to deal with. Find your friends/support network and use it. Talk to them about how you’re feeling and about what you’re afraid of. Lean on your husband and keep him in the loop. Journal it out- write about every little thing about this you can think of. Better to have it on paper than in your head on a loop. Do you see a therapist? This would be a good time for one.
