@UScitizen Wow. That was real helpful. @philosopher I would assume the best thing you can do is keep your wrist in a brace. Perhaps ice it for 15, put a heating pad on it for 15 and continue to switch on and off. I use to do that for my knee after a basketball game. I too had a brace. Fish oil pills work really well for inflammation. Omega 3’s can really work wonders. I take between 3–6 a day. Helps with your joints and muscles. Perhaps take a couple of days off from shoveling to let it heal depending on how bad it hurts in the morning.
