After many years as an almost total couch potato, I satrted using Wii Fit a year ago. I was lucky enough to be at normal weight when I started, and haven’t lost weight, but have toned muscles and am doing pushups for the first time in my life. I’m not as consistent with it as I was in the first few months, but am still using it at least a couple times a week and can see myself continuing. I do recommend it to some of my patients if they can afford the initial investment and have reasons why a gym or dance class won’t fit into their lifestyle.
