Has anyone on ask-public tried rebounding and have experienced any health benefits from it?

1 Answer

Answer :

Yes, yes, and yes! I love rebounding! It is like giving your cells a massage. After I became accustomed to the motion, which took about 3 or 4 days, I felt wonderful. I started with about 15 minutes of just light in place running and jumping, and worked my way up to being able to do more aerobic stuff on it. Tracy Anderson has a great rebounder dvd. In the end, just getting on it for a few minutes each day will help you. Just be careful, and follow the user instructions. Happy rebounding!!!!!
